BF's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is now available!

What is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?

An EAP is a confidential workplace service (paid for by BF) that provides outside counselors, resources and referrals to assist employees and their family members to deal with work-life stressors that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being.

Who is Covered?
The EAP services are available to all employees, their spouses or domestic partners, dependent children, parents and parents-in-law.

All contact between an employee and the EAP is held strictly confidential. All counselors are guided by a professional code of ethics. Because the program is confidential, BF will not know who chooses to use the program. The consulting firm will not report to BF the names of those using the program.

How to Access

  • Online/phone support: You have Unlimited, confidential 24/7 support via phone
  • In-person: You can get up to 3 in-office visits with a Licensed Professional Counselor
  • Should long-term or specialized treatment be needed, the EAP will help you find the best resource for your particular situation, utilizing your health benefit program whenever possible. 

On-line/phone support (24/7) and short-term in-office sessions (three) are fully covered by BF. There are no shared costs to you!
